What is your MOQ for custom sweaters?
Our MOQ starts from 50 pieces per style for most sweater OEM and ODM orders. The final MOQ depends on yarn, gauge, color and trims. Some specialty yarns like pure cashmere may require a higher MOQ.
Can you make private label knitwear?
Yes. We support neck labels, care labels, wash labels, hang tags, polybag packaging and carton export packing. Custom woven labels, printed labels and heat-transfer labels are all available.
What information should I send for a quote?
A style photo or reference image is enough to start. We will help identify yarn, gauge and construction. For faster quotes, include quantity, size range, logo needs and target delivery date.
Do you work with small brands and Shopify sellers?
Yes. The 50 pcs MOQ option is designed for small-batch trials, Shopify/Etsy sellers, online brands and new seasonal collections. We can ship DDP to your door or FBA warehouse.
How long does bulk production take after sample approval?
Typical bulk lead time is 25–40 days depending on order quantity, yarn availability and holiday schedules. We share production photos during the process and confirm dispatch before shipping.
What yarn types do you work with?
We work with acrylic, wool, merino wool, cotton, cotton-acrylic blend, alpaca blend and pure cashmere. We can recommend the right yarn based on your target price and product requirements.
Can you ship to Amazon FBA or overseas warehouses?
Yes. We prepare FBA-compliant packing, labeling and carton marking. We work with freight forwarders for sea and air shipments to the US, UK, EU, Australia and Canada.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T bank transfer. Typical terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. We can discuss payment terms for larger or repeat orders.
